did send us some good help to get other things done. Just too many people trying to work and either not working or doing little, wanting to leave, or being too meticulous on a job that they could not get done in the amount of time they set aside. Cooperation and planning- where. The manager was nice enough to call back, but by that time, I did not want any contact with any of them.

They were good. They did a thorough job in cleaning. Our overall experience with them has been good.

Have used this company for years; during holidays I needed a "spring cleaning", and Janet, the owner was very willing to accomodate my request for additional work at a very reasonable rate.

The telephone call for the request for service was very satisfactory and prompt and courteous. I had requested "deep heavy dusting" and feel that the overall work quality was "lacking". When I went back to check (after the worker left) I found some things not done sufficiently. Because I added mopping a couple of floors to the work order the worker needed to leave for a short while but returned and worked longer ......I had to call the owner/manager to ask if she could stay longer to complete the work; which she agreed to and added the extra charges. In my opinion the worker was very courteous, but alittle slower than I thought was necessary and was alittle less thorough, also. I might would use this company again, but it is "questionable".

Have been using DGB approximately a year. Started with one person, but now have another. Both representatives have been excellent, even keeping track with my schedule and coming every third week. If all their representatives are as hard working and responsible as Clara you can't go wrong.

Housecleaning top to bottom. Very reliable, professional company to work with. Estimate quoted and work explained in detail. I called several companies for an estimate and chose Janice because she was thorough on the phone, quick to return my calls, and very reasonably priced.
