DENNINGTONS FLOOR REPAIR

I contacted two flooring companies and Denningtons called back within the hour. He immediately quoted a very fair price and was in my home the next day and on time. I noticed a small separation the next day along an edge and he was back immediately and corrected the problem. Certainly recommend.

We recently had foundation repair work--39 pilings, eight of which were interior to the house. The interior pilings required pulling up carpet, and the foundation company said we would need to call someone to have the carpet re-seated correctly.
We called Mr. Dennington late on a Friday afternoon after foundation company completed their work. We were excited when he indicated he could drop by at 8am the following Monday. He explained that he will estimate the cost of the work, and would be ready to perform that work on the same visit, if we found the estimate acceptable.
On Monday, Mr. Dennington arrived 10 minutes early. About half the house's carpet had been pulled up, and Mr. Dennington gave us an estimate of $400 to stretch and re-seat the carpet. It took him about three hours to do the work.
Things we really liked about him:
* Pleasant, yet professional
* Cleaned as he went (not only picked up trash in garbage bag, but vacuumed the carpet as the work area was cleared!)
* The finished work looks really, really good (as if we just had new carpet installed)
The work done was absolutely superb! The carpet seams are completely invisible. The carpet has a nice stretched, 'freshly laid' look. We will most certainly do business with Mr. Dennington again, should the need arise.

• It went great. i called, got an estimate and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time for his appointment. Preformed his work in the amount of time he estimated it would take and for the amount of money that he estimated he would charge. If I had not known that the carpet was patched, I would not have been able to find and/or see the patch. Amazing work.

He responded quickly and showed up right on time. He did outstanding work and ensured that his work area was clean before he left.
I have used others to repair carpet and it took three weeks for them to show up. Mr. Dennington came out the next day after I called him.

Mr. Dennington was very clear that his quote was a no obligation quote and gave me advice on the life expectancy of the particular grade of carpet I owned, so I could make a more informed decision. He showed up exactly when he said he would, got immediately to work, while be extremely personable. In the end, I am very happy with the quality of work Mr. Dennington did today and would recommend him to anyone who needed repair work. I was initially worried about the price, but after seeing the amount of time the job entailed as well as the attention to detail that Mr. Dennington paid, the money was well spent. He practically spring cleaned for me by moving furniture that never gets moved and vacuuming behind it!

Mr. Dennington came out the same morning I called and repaired the carpet. He arrived at the exact time that he had stated and was very personable. It was well done and the price was fair.
