1st cleaning: A team of 4 ladies arrived on time, which was a plus. However, they only spent about an hour cleaning a 3000+, 4 BR, 4 bath house. The house literally looked like it had NOT been cleaned at all. They did not sweep the floors before mopping, so the floors were just as dirty as they were before. It was obvious that they quickly wiped down the bathrooms... I could see the spots on the mirrors and countertops that they missed. It didn't look like the master shower had even been touched. They polished some of the furniture, but the spots they missed were obvious. The rugs didn't look like they had been vacuumed.
They basically: mopped (without sweeping), quickly wiped down the bathrooms, polished some of the furniture, cleaned the kitchen. They did not clean blinds, ceiling fans. light fixtures, base boards, didn't dust anything, didn't wipe down faces of cabinets.
I was very disappointed.
2nd cleaning: Owner came with the team and cleaned free of charge since I made her aware of how bad the 1st cleaning was. The cleaning was much better, however the owner had to keep pointing out things that the cleaners missed. The only complaint I had with the 2nd cleaning was that they left a lot of standing water on my wood floors when they mopped. I had to towel dry the floors after they left.
Overall, I'd say the owner does a great job. However, if the owner is not present, the cleaning team does a below average job.
