The big national chains put you through automated-phone h*** and then a high-pressure sales drill. Some of the local outfits have their own drill, where their main concern is getting a contract signed, not solving your problem.
Clark was more down to earth. You call for help, and they get you some help. Good guys to deal with.
I've also used them once to get rid of earwigs and spiders. It was more expensive than doing it myself, but my wife was pleased at the job they did.
