I do not feel it could have went any better. When I called Mr. Cerami that afternoon he came right out to take a look. He sat down with my family and I to go over everything we were looking for in our new system. Once we had spoken for a few minutes I realized that he was our guy. He n and his guys came to our house that morning and was able to do the entire job in one day. He was extremely professional and we are very pleased with our new Trane system.
