I also told them that I had a slow leak in the back tire. When finished they charged me for the oil change and the plug in tire. I realized that they didnt plug the tire when I later that night had to call for roadside assistance to fix my flat tire that still had the nail in it that they told me had been repaired. I returned the next day and Bob Boyte gave me a refund. I almost wanted to ask if they had put oil in it during the oil change. I didnt trust them after that.

Service tech did an excellent job with pricing and work.

They have serviced our 2011 Honda CRV since we purchased it in late 2011. Their service has always been good, they have been friendly, and really customer oriented.
We will definitely continue to have them service the car, and when it comes time to trade cars, they will be at the top of our list.

The customer service managers are always eager to help and are very attentive. The only negative is the wait time, get there early to get in the que or a long wait may be encountered.

Grandchild had went to Clinton and came out from a class and a puddle of oil under car. Called Bob Boyte Honda and had to have car towed back. Service Guy had left the plug off.
2nd time: Had a/c issue and Brandy the service writer sd possibly a relay 9 times out of 10, but no promises she said, well she got us in very quick and out quickly. Super Service Writer I have to say. BUT after about 30 minutes in car, the car is squeaking now in ac system and lights fading in and out. AND Also we purchase the car from them about a year ago and now the color which was gold is changing to silver for some reason. Well I called Brandy and she said to bring car back in. We are in Booneville for a while so the car will go to the House of Honda in Tupelo next week. S/w bubba at house of Honda, he also told me there was recall, had to purchase new set of tires, wearing out soo fast. Bob Boyte never mentioned...Just a note: I had left a message for Bob Boyte to call me,,,,,,,,NEVER DID.

I have a 2005 Honda, which I bought used, and I felt like the car was not cranking up like it should be. I took the car there to get the battery checked. They didn't tell me if it was the factory battery, or if it had been replaced. She came out and told me I needed a new battery. They kept me waiting and waiting. It took one hour, which I think was just to charge me the full $24 for labor. The battery is working fine, so I don't have any complaints about that. As far as the service goes however, I was unimpressed. I think they took longer than they needed to just to charge me the extra money.

I've always had a good experience. I feel that they are very honest and do good work. They seem to go beyond the norm to give you good service with a reasonable fee. They guarantee their work as well so if you have a problem, they'll fix it. They have a professional and courteous manner about them. They are someone who i would consider very highly.
