Everything went very well. They were very thorough and professional. They removed all of the materials (sheetrock, tile, insulation, etc.) that had been affected with the mold themselves. They did not leave it for me to clean up. The area was treated for mold and we were able to return to the home that evening.

I called Daryle and he said he would be in the area and would come by to see what he could do. When he and his employee came, he told me what they could do, we agreed on a price, and he said he could do it while they were there. Having allergies to molds, and remembering how it smelled when I had opened it days earlier, I stayed out of the room until most of it was treated.

They took each old album, and object and wiped it with a solution. Near the end, he had questions about how I wanted to deal with a very old photo album, so I entered the room and it already smelled better. I ask him to remove some molded unused pages of the album and discard them and he did so.

Daryle gave my suggestions to keep the trunk from having mold in the future.

I have been able to handle the contents of the trunk without a problem. I was very pleased with the job they did. 

I called and talked to Daryle Holsen. We set an appointment time for him to meet my contractor at a time when the plumbing fixtures and sheetrock would be removed. Daryle's employee treated the area. My contractor was there with proper mask for breathing. My contractor, who was skeptical earlier in the process, was very impressed and has since recommended Daryle and Advanced Mold Professionals to other clients. He saw the area before and after - night and day.
I was unable to be there to see the mold due to allergies.

Daryle inspected the whole house looking for signs of mold. Then he took 8 air samples including an air sample outside.  The air samples were then sent to a laboratory. An in just over 24 hours the lab results were emailed to me. Daryle made his recommendations in regards to remediation. For me there was no significant mold and no remediation was recommended.  It was a thorough inspection and report.  I would use this company again to perform a mold inspection.

Tested for presence of mold, and obtained test results. Every thing on time and gave a thorough report.

I found the black mold on Thursday afternoon when I looked under the vanity I was planning to replace to see if my sink drain went through the floor or the wall.  I called Daryle Holsen then and told him my situation.  Although he lives in the Newton, MS area over an hour away, he came the next day at the same time as my carpenter.  They were able to confer about what each would be responsible for and how best to do the job.  He gave me an estimate and asked that we move all the books and bookcases and smaller items out of the dining room and living room where we needed carpet removed.  We were able to leave a heavy desk and piano and old console TV that his crew moved and worked around.  My daughter and I moved the required items out of the dining and living rooms on Saturday.  I did not ask for Daryle to work on Sunday, but he offered to work then.  At 7:00 a.m. Sunday he arrived as scheduled with his crew.  They performed all the work as described above.  He honored his estimate and I paid him the amount he first told me.  My family spent the night in a motel while the chemicals were used for the mold remediation.  The next day when we arrived back home we had only a pleasant smell in the air which is what we were told to expect.  My husband said that he could breath easier.  I have house plants that have begun to flourish for the first time since we moved in 5 years ago so our air quality must be better now that we have gotten rid of the mold.  Daryle also emailed me pictures he took of the walls in our bathroom so I could send these to our insurance company.  I was very pleased with his professionalism, his service, and that he kept his word.  I plan to call him again if I have any further issues with mold.  He has a degree and really knows what to do to get rid of mold safely.

My first contact with Daryle was by phone.  He gave me an overview of the process for conducting air quality testing for mold.  On the day we scheduled for the testing, he arrived promptly, did a walk through of my home, then sat and talked with me for quite awhile, patiently and knowledgeably answering all my questions.  After obtaining air samples, he overnighted them to the lab that he uses.  Results were back within 48 hours.  Thankfully I did not need remediation, although we did discuss treatment options at the time testing was done.  Very professional, willing to consider conservative treatment if the test results warranted.  I highly recommend Daryle.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about him. He was very nice and very quiet. He turned the mold and did a good decent job. His price was reasonable. He was timely and was not afraid. I would rate him high overall because he did everything right and in a good manner. I would use him again in the future if needed.
