They removed old, wood siding and rain gutter system. After removal of old materials they installed new vinyl siding and rain gutter system.  After completion of the job there were nine discrepancies which needed to be corrected.  Of the nine, two were never correctly corrected and were finally accepted with some attempt at fixing.  I would recommend that anyone doing business with this company get a written contact citing exactly what materials are to be used, what is to be done and the cost.  Inferior materials were used in my rain gutter system with the assurance that the painted over material would last for years.  The paint started peeling within less than a year.  Several requests were made for corrective action with no response.  A serious problem which if uncorrected would have destroyed the siding around the garage door was discovered and the company notified immediately. The company did not respond to even look at the problem.  After three days I had the problem corrected.  During the sales pitch it was indicated that they would stand behind their product and workmanship.  Again, get this in writing.

They did a good job installing these windows.
