He had to pull up the old flooring and scrape up the old glue. The new floor just snapped into place, however it was more difficult to put down than originally anticipated due to its rubber backing. Steve did an excellent job in laying the flooring and an even better job in installing the tile in the bathroom. He even laid it in a unique pattern we requested. The job would have gone must faster, however, had Steve had additional help.
