Catering Service
She was fantastic, did a good job. Everybody enjoyed the meal. She's got the big outfit where she smokes the food and the big walk in freezers. I would recommend them. I would recommend the quality of food, the service and just the way they had everything set up. There was no negative comments at all at the wedding. They had tents set up and everything. The quality, the taste of the food, the service, the quantity of the food, we had plenty of food left over to take home. There is only so much you can do with a brisket but she had chicken, she had brisket, there was a good selection for everybody. They did a very good job I thought. Her responsiveness was very good. She was in touch with us through the planning of the wedding and the food, trying to figure out how many people to serve and how many invitations we got back. It came out really close to what we thought it would. She even did her own decorating at her tables, her serving tables.
