Carpet Cleaning
Our back patio flooded in the heavy rains we had overnight and the water seeped in under the door and corner of the wall and wet the carpet and pad. I called SERVPRO of Biloxi/Ocean Springs/Gulfport around 9:00am and spoke with the receptionist. She told me they had a few jobs ahead of me and that a tech would contact me shortly. I heard from the tech about an hour later and he told me that he had two jobs ahead of me and gave me a time frame for when he assumed he would be at my house. He also let me know that he would call me when they were on the way. The tech called me back shortly to let me know that they were on the way and they showed up within the time frame I was giving in our first conversation. The job went very smoothly and both of the techs were very professional. They took the time to explain what our options were and also explained to us about the paperwork we would have to fill out.
