Auto Towing Service
The first postive was that they called to let me know they were on the way. He arrived in a very nice tow truck and proceeded to ask the details of the tow need. I explained it to him. I also told him that my work was going to tow it for me but they could not get it into neutral to get it on our company car carrier. He knew right away how to disengage the gear under the hood to shift it into neutral. It was parked up next to a tree so he at first hooked up to the back and then once the front was accessible he rehooked up to the front to tow properly. I was very impressed. I gave him the key to deliver to the dealer for me and he left and delivered my van safe and sound to the dealership to get it fixed. I could not be happier!
