Computer Sales
The provider, Coast Computers, did nothing to resolve the virus issues they claimed they could easily fix. They had my computer for two distinct repair periods totaling 26 days. Despite that length of time they still did not rectify the issues they were supposed to repair. When I retrieved the computer for the second time on June 6, 2013, they again insisted everything was fine with the computer -but, that if I had similiar issues again I could bring it back. Bring it back for a third time ? No. They totally failed to provide the services they claimed they would perform. All things considered, my computer is worse off now then when I first brought it to them. If they were incapable of fixing the problem(s) all they had to do was just tell me upfront but don't string me along for 26 days claiming everything was fine with my computer. This experience was a total waste of my time and money. A week ago I requested a refund of the fee I paid them but they have failed to respond.
