Purchased a refrigerator, customer service was lousy

The contractor started of well, completed the entire fence except the gate in three days(the work was really good). He informed me he would be back the following week to complete the gate, that week came and went and so did another. I called him to check on status, I got an excuse and was willing to work with that. Three more weeks passed and he did not answer phone, I called the company- they also made excuses. To make a long story short- this was initiated in October and was just completed 1/01/09 - not pleased at all and this was done after I called the corporate office. After all of the "managers" continued to make excuses for contractor- I had to take it further and called the District office. The contractor came out early morning 1//01/09 and completed the job, did not call and notify us that he was coming nor did he call to inform us the job was completed, all of the bolts and other items on the fence are wrought iron (black), he placed the stakes on the fence- white, now I have to find paint to complete a job already paid for. I am very disappointed and displeased with the way things were handled both from contractors and store managers.
