Jason came and progress was slow but productive starting 11/15/24. The contract said work would start of 11/13/24 and be complete 11/20/24. We paid for materials up front and several times, there were items on the receipt that were tools and food that he tried to pass off. When confronted he agreed to pay for the items at the completion of the job. It was not completed so he also has the tools that he bought without our permission. He returned materials we purchased and got a square and sledgehammer. Work continued on and off with him coming late and leaving early by 2pm. They came and loaded up all their tools on December 19, 2024 and that is the last time we saw him. He even took the sledgehammer and tools we paid for and we have that on our security camera. The deck is not complete and the work he did do has to be redone. We have had 2 contractors come and evaluate what needs to happen to get the job done.

They tore out an old bathroom and turned into a utility room. Flooring & walls replaced. All repairs & replacements that I needed done to prepare to Sale deceased fatherâ s home. Very pleased with the price & quality of work done.
