They were rude. We had a death in the family and I was gone. They couldn't get in the house and they told me that they called and left little cards and I said I wasn't home. So they went ahead and went outside and did the treatment outside. It usually cost me $70 cost me a $136. When I talked to them about it and said that I think they should at least come and do the inside for free because they didn't do what they need to do. They said that I have a contract and I have to pay for it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The girl who did the control, she was very good. She was very considerate and very nice.

We have used this company's services for several years. Our regular services include, spraying inside and out for pests and mouse control. We are very comfortable with our technician (Terry Denton). He is always professional, courteous and trustworthy. If no one can be home at the service time, it is not a problem to hide a key and Terry let himself in and lock up when services are complete. If there is ever a problem between regular visits, just a phone call and it is taken care of. I would highly recommend this company.

When we called to schedule an appointment, they were extremely nice and sounded as though they were grateful to be of service to us, unlike others we had previously called. The gentleman potentially servicing our home quickly phoned us and made special arrangements to fit us into his schedule as soon as possible, accommodating our schedule as well. He worked quickly and efficiently being extra informative. He also took great care in making as little damage to our landscaping as possible.We will definitely continue using them for all our servicing needs.

They always call to make an appointment and they schedule it around when I can put my dogs away. They are very conscious of using things that are environmentally friendly to my dogs, which is very important to me. They will also come in between treatments for anything special that needs taken care of. The quality of service is excellent and we don't have bugs. They are very professional.

The price is pretty decent for the work they do. They do termites and other things as well. I would rate them highly.
