I thought that I had a BIG problem with stopped up lines. Mr. Bell quickly evaluated the situation and correctly determined that I did not need to tear up my walls, but all of the small valves in the cold water system needed to be replaced or repaired. Faucets were of the $175 each variety, to he got valves to replace in the faucets. After waiting for delivery of the parts, all was repaired quickly and correctly.
After he got done with my house, my brother-in-law had him go to my father-in-law's house next door and troubleshoot toilets that were not draining properly. Discovered that the problem was a city lift station that was not working. Mr. Bell called the city and got them to resolve their problem. No charge for this service.
What we thought was an expensive problem was turned into a minor repair job.
