 I would say he is very conscientious to make sure he reviews not only the holdings we have but also your over all helpings to make sure you are doing a balanced portfolio of investments across all of your holdings that he doesn't manage.  There are account fees, but it depends on how many accounts we have with him at any given time.  The service fees are kind of built into the account structure and how many times I make trades.   I knew him personally and I knew that he was a very conscientious worker and whatever he did he would excel in.  I also knew he was very fiscally responsible with his own finances.  He gives me guidance toward growth and he won't pressure me into unnecessary trades just for the benefit of putting money in his pocket.  I've been pleased.
