After two Oxford vendors promised to check on our non-working central air and failed to respond, we selected a vendor from Batesville. They scheduled the appointment, arrived as promised, and went to work analyzing the nature of the problem. We had two central units that were not working. Both being 15 years old, we expected that we would probably be looking at replacing both units. After testing and diagnostics, the technicians advised that the units were in pretty good condition and they would not recommend replacement. They ordered coils for both units and installed them at a fair price. We had researched the probable cost of replacing coils in two units and were very pleased that they did both units for about what we had expected to pay for one. They were responsive, reliable, and professional. Overall, a very good experience.
