Jeff McCoy Roofing

Jeff was one of 5 estimates I received for redoing my A-frame summer home.

The two biggest selling points for Jeff was he was reliable (to give an estimate; to start the job; to complete the job). He's professional enough to carry liability and workman's comp insurance. It's amazing how many don't in this area (Pickwick Lake, TN!
My house is 100 miles away from my permanent residence. It was important to me that he met with me to do the survey based on my availability. More importantly, once he started the job, he kept me apprised of the process with texts, photos and videos. It was completed to my satisfaction. Payment was made for materials after they were delivered to the job site and the balance was paid once the job was completed.
Dealing with Jeff was easy. He offered good suggestions, service and pulled no surprises. In my book, he IS the real McCoy!!!

I called Jeff McCoy based on his ratings on Angies List. He had the best solution and competitve price for a difficult roofing problem. He and his crew showed on time and exceeded my expectations as to the quality of their work. I had two other bids and different solutions to my roofing problem and in the end thought that Jeff had the best solution. One the job started, there were a couple of small problems that we had not discussed initially. Jeff took care of those as well. I would hightly recommend them.

Mr. McCoy even came back a few days later and patched up a place on my roof that was from damage previous to his work at no extra charge.
