Description of Work: Serviceman "installed" their equipment from ATT to MetroCast with no problems . |It is supposed to be the fastest speed but It doesn't seem any better than ATT fast internet and for the bill to go up after just one month to $69/mo I wished I stayed with ATT.

 + 0 moreThey have the monopoly, and they are very aware of that. They do aggravating things such as paying to get certain channels in a package. The cable television is good. It hardly goes off. The internet is fine. They have an excellent internet service department that will walk you through anything.

 + -1 moreWe've been using them for about 2 years. The experience is fine. The price is a little higher than I'd like but the service is reliable. We've only lost service once or twice in a bad storm.
