They have the monopoly, and they are very aware of that. They do aggravating things such as paying to get certain channels in a package. The cable television is good. It hardly goes off. The internet is fine. They have an excellent internet service department that will walk you through anything.

We've been using them for about 2 years. The experience is fine. The price is a little higher than I'd like but the service is reliable. We've only lost service once or twice in a bad storm.
