Everything went fine until delivery. They were supposed to be at my home at 5:15 until 5:30. My husband and I both left work early so we could get our old mattress out and bebready for the new one. I called when they did not arrivw on time and wasntold they were on the way to Sulligent AL. That is in the other direction from me. They finally arrivedbat my jouse about 7:30 that night. I called the store and the owner was not in. I talked to a clerk and told her I wanted the delivery fee back. She said there was nothing she could do. In a few minutes she called me back and said she would give me the delivery fee out of her own pocket. I told her no, that was not her responsibility. I did not want her money and that I waned to talk to the owner. A few minutes later the owner clled me and told me that she was in Florida with her husband who was having a kidney transplant and that she was payong her delivery people over time to get the mattress to me. I am reallu sorry that her husband is sick and I have prayed for him, but to use him as an excuse for poor service and to ask your employees to use their money for refunds is just inexcusable. the owner schuled the delivery and had she told me it was fault, I would have been fine with it. But when she used her sick husband as her excuse, that let me know, she had no intention of admittng they were wrong. Thank you, Renee Vineyard
