It never fails that during the hottest days of summer something goes wrong with your a/c as happened to us on the 4th of July. I placed a call to them on the afternoon of 7/4/12, explained our problem and asked if they could possibly schedule us for service 7/5/12. They asked if someone would be available between 7:30 and 8 am the next morning to which I responded yes so the appointment was set. I was pleasantly surprised they were available that soon due to the extreme heat conditions in the area (temps of 100-105) because I'm positive we aren't the only people with a non working a/c unit right now!
The technician (who was knowledgeable and polite) arrived at our home at approximately 7:50 am (right on time). He looked at our unit, isolated the problem (a bad capacitor), replaced the part and had us up and running within 30 minutes! I am so thankful they had the replacement part in their service vehicle and could provide our family with MUCH needed heat relief!
I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs service of any type. The next time we need any type of heating/cooling service they will be my first call!
