Had seen their ad and they had just done some work on home nearby that looked nice, called them about estimate. They called back and came out that Saturday to take measurements and discuss work to be done. Told me then that if we decided to continue they were currently 4-8 weeks out on work. As was mid June I figured that was fine. Now 2.5 weeks since the measurements, I still do not have an estimate? Spoke to them a week in and they were running behind. I asked then, if I decided to proceed was it going to be 8 weeks after decision which I could not make until I got estimate? Yes, was told the guy that does estimates was covering for vacations was reason for delay, that was 10 days ago? Would not waste my time with this company unless you are not planning to have work done timely. They apparently have too much business and are not concerned of responding timely or calling to advise of delays.

Reggie and company were very professional and paid close attention to details. They also delivered bonus window trim, which looked very nice. We were very pleased with the results.
