+ -1 moreThe work was done quickly and professionally, despite the sudden cloudburst that put a stop to the work that day. Darrin is building his business with quality work and dependability. However, he did not on the final invoice "Additional Roof cleaning needed due to bird and tree debris. No Additional Charge" and that seemed strange since power washing it should have taken care of that.
Description of Work: Roofs were rusty with some leaks and in need of being refurbished. Prep 3 metal roofs by cleaning, priming, tightening and sealing all seams, screws, etc, applied base coat, and then applied Rapid Roof 3 White top coat with fiber reinforced seams.
