They were prompt and very professional. My floors were a mess and now they are beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves as well as walked me through the process as they were working. I would have them out again.

We signed with B & B Flooring for hardwood flooring in our living room and dining room.  B & B has a policy that the hardwoods must adapt to the home climate environment for a certain period of time before the flooring can be permanently attached.  The hardwood is laid out on the floor and, in our case, four weeks later they return to permanently attach the hardwoods.  The day the workmen from B & B came to initially lay the flooring I heard them comment that there was not enough wood to complete the job in our dining room.  Four weeks later B & B returned to permanently attach the hardwoods and, we thought, finish the job.  However,  we learned they could not complete the job because there was not enough wood to do so because "the order for the additional flooring had been faxed to the hardwood flooring company in Kansas City, but they had lost the order."  Now we had to wait for the extra flooring to be delivered and then the new flooring had to be adapted to the home climate environment (another four weeks) before our job could finally be completed.   B  & B did put temporary flooring in place of the missing hardwood so we could use the dining room during the holiday season.  When B & B came back to complete our job we questioned a strip of hardwood which was in place at the door of our dining room. This piece of hardwood was different in grain and obviously darker in color from the other hardwoods.  We honestly thought the strip of  wood was one of B & B's  "temporary" pieces of flooring because it was so different.  Regretfully we learned that this strip of wood at the entry to my beautiful dining room cannot be replaced without tearing out the entire dining room floor because of the way the hardwoods are attached.

It went quite well. I was very satisfied. We've done some comparison and we are very happy with the price and we are extremely happy with the quality of work. I am a woodworker myself and the fit and finish, the striding and edging, the accuracy of the joints, there were some very complex fitting that had to be done, some transitions between different types of floor surfaces, and a scribing job around an irregular fireplace that was very meticulously done. I admired all their tight joints and their careful attention to detail. They were the most knowledgeable of the companies from which we accepted bids and gave us the most guidance in our original selection. They gave us a lot of sample choices and were very helpful in the planning of the selection. In the end we were very happy that we chose them and the price was not the first consideration. The price was actually better than originally estimated and very fair.  I am nothing but a satisfied customer.

The job is just beautiful, you really couldn't believe how beautiful it is. The floors were under carpet for a number of years, they were stained and ugly. Now it looks brand new. They really know how to protect the wood, and improve on little details. They had multiple men on the job at all times, so it went very quickly.

This company was prompt in coming to give an estimate, and showed up exactly as promised to do the work. They were willing to do the job in two stages, giving us time to move furniture from the rooms that needed refinishing. Their work was quick, professional, and completely restored these old floors into new condition. We couldn't be happier.
