Rick Bruder Construction just finished a major remodel job on an older house we purchased in 2018. The job consisted of: Replacing all the windows, completely gutted a sunporch, replaced the roof, replaced siding, replaced gutters, replaced the front door, back door, and did various other remodeling projects as requested. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, he ran all phases of the job from day one, oversaw all subs and handled everything. He only works with subs he has known for years and they too are very reliable & professional. They always made sure the job site was picked up and when the work was done they cleaned the entire house. The quality of his work is unlike any other contractor I have ever worked with. He is very professional and will explain things to you in as much detail as you want. He even met us at a local tile shop and he spent 2+ hours with my wife and I going through every single option and their pros and cons. I am 100% satisfied about the work he did and we are already discussing our next projects.

I would recommend him. My experience with him was good. He was very good. He is prompt, does what he says he is going to do, and does good quality work.

I originally hired Rick Bruder Construction to find a leak that was causing plaster damage to my walls. He determined it was coming from my roof and referred me to Ferguson Roofing who came out and repaired my roof. - which he did do a good job of. However, he always had some personal job that he needed to take care of first and I didn't seem to be a priority. It took months from my first contact with him to get the project finalized.

Rick was GREAT to work with. He is professional and just a nice guy to have around, especially important for a big project. He's especially good at just getting the job done -- figuring stuff out even when something unexpected and tricky turns up. We were impressed with his communication skills -- both in talking us through the project/making decisions, also with keeping us up-to-date with progress when out of town. He is very practical -- tells it like it is when something and quot;hasand quot; to be done vs when it would be a and quot;nice thing to haveand quot;. His two young sons worked with him too, they are great to have around.
We highly recommend his services.

We have used Rick's services several times. He installed a new front door for us, a new back door and door to the garage and fixed the rotting wood frames on those doors. He does very high quality work and wants to do things right rather than the easiest or quickest way. His prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for! And you won't have to pay for repairs again, since they will be done correctly in the first place.
He is currently working on a deck/patio project for us.

Purchased new windows from pella windows and doors, Rick was the pella supplied contractor for the install. Great attention to detail, crew left the job site cleaner than they found it. Professional, polite, punctual. Would definitely use this team again.

I have a 10yr old home and I had them install 17 windows. Others tried to do the work but they failed. I hired Rick and he was so organized. They worked quickly, they were very helpful and I was just very impressed. They had to match the varnish on the wood and they did such an excellent job with the woodwork you can not tell they are the original. They also did a great job of cleaning up after they did all the work. They took away all the windows and even cleaned all the windows!

Rick was absolutely wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing. He was budget-conscious as well. He can do just about anything. I can not say enough good things about him. He was definitely punctual, reliable, honest, and an excellent worker! I would use him again.
