If you want an unethical and smarmy real estate agent, look no farther. Her #1 interest (of course) is to sell a house and she will do whatever it takes, even if unethical and potentially illegal, to do so. She broke confident with us as buyers and, even when asked not to, gave information to the home seller that jeopardized the home sale 24 hours before close. She also used that information and her desire to sell the house AND gain the commission to force us to close on the house despite the seller not having all of his items out of the house and requiring an additional 12 days to vacate the property. She wouldn't acknowledge that seller was going to breach contract if not out of the house and instead of delaying closing by even a week, she forced the issue and pressured us into closing on a house we wouldn't be able to live in for nearly two more weeks. All the while footing the bill for the mortgage, insurance, and taxes during this time. Additionally, she flat out lied to us about real estate law and legal liability, two areas of which she knows knows nothing about and yet felt free to give me incorrect information as truth. Two phone calls (to another real estate agent and to an attorney) easily pointed out how flawed her logic and ethics were. Again, all to close the sale. I cannot stress enough what a terrible experience working with this woman was. There are a ton of excellent real estate agents out there. Don't waste your time or hard earned money getting involved with this terrible excuse for an agent.
