Very, very pleased! We called a drywall repair guy (Nation's drywall), to fix our hallway ceiling and he was able to tell that our truss would have to be repaired first. He put us in contact with Bill Fallert who came out the next day to inspect our attic. He knew how to fix the problem and coordinated with Nations' drywall to come out and have it repaired before the drywall work was scheduled to be done. He fully explained what our options were, and what his recommendations were. He was very knowledgeable, and very professional. At the end of the job he took pictures of the repair and emailed them to me along with a detailed receipt so we could have detailed info for our house records. He was a pleasure to work with! I have also heard that woodworking is his speciality, and I would love to have him back out to some of that in the future. I highly recommend him and will gladly hire him again for future jobs!

Hiring Dream Mill Creations for the small project described above proved to be a great choice. In all aspects, it was an incredibly smooth transaction. All promises/agreements made were fulfilled completely and the owner, Bill Fallert, provided several good solution options. Dream Mill Creations was extremely responsive and the project was completed on time. The installed drain seems to be doing its job. On subsequent rains, the area which had been leaking has stopped. The company was highly recommended by another Angie's List-rated provider, Nation's Drywall & Repair. Certainly a top-level provider.
