About us
Crosswater Properties is one of the premier custom home builders and custom remodelers in West St. Louis County. We are a Homer award winner from the St. Louis Association of Home Builders and have built homes for members of the St.Louis Blues. While we specialize in helping home owners achieve the home of their dreams, we work diligently to get them the most bang for their construction buck. We typically get involved early in the design process to offer our insights in value engineering the project. Our projects range from $150,000-$6.5 million. We are fully insured carrying Builders Risk, General Liability, and Workman's Comp. Excellent references available upon request.
