You must read the fine print of your contract. After your initial 3 year monitoring contract, you are auto-renewed into another 3 year+ contract. Your original contract is misleading so you MUST read all the fine print.

They installed the alarm on our current home and our home before this. They even wired the home I grew up in years ago--my parents, sister and grandparents use them and have for years. Very easy to deal with and professional. At our old house we had a lighting strike that fried the alarm and other electronics and they came out to replace the whole system and took care of dealing with the insurance for us. All positive experiences for 20+ years.

This is the third system this company has installed over the years. They are professional, informative, reasonably priced, and never pressure you to buy anything you don't want or need. They installed a complete home system for me and will provide monitoring.

THE BUTLER/DURELL SECURITY COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE IN MONITORING AND MAINTAINING OUR HOME SECURITY SYSTEM. THEY GIVE US REMINDER CALLS FOR CHECK-UPS TO MAKE SURE OUR SYSTEM IS RUNNING WELL.
