I am not happy with them. They were recommended to me. I thought it was good with the guy. They came out and I thought it was what I wanted. What they've done and what my son witnessed was nothing to what we agreed upon. For every day, I was at work and my son was watching them and they've done it within the day. When I looked at it, nothing was done to what we agreed upon. I called them and I said that they have to fix it because that's not what I wanted. I have big gap between the fence and the ground. I reported them to the business bureau because that was unacceptable.

The owner indicated that he had built this type of fence before, but it quickly became evident that he had not. The first set of posts (set in concrete) were too short and incorrectly installed, and they all had to be removed. Construction spread out over three weeks, partly due to weather, but also due to the owner's bad decisions, inability to communicate to his workers about the fence, and apparent lack of understanding about post depth requirements and other design elements. In order to get the fence completed, I had to halt construction, demand they remove the incorrectly installed posts, and draw a sent of plans for the owner to follow. The owner was very difficult to get in touch with, and he rarely returned phone calls. Several times, the owner told me that he would correct a problem a certain way and then attempted to change that plan. Because of this, I had to supervise the installation every day that he was on the job site. The two employees were excellent. They understood the project, but were hampered by the owner's lack of direction. I found out at the end of the project, the owner had not shown them my set of plans. The fence is complete, it's what I wanted, and it's well done. HOWEVER, this is due to my plans, my supervision (and intervention), and the two employees hard work. It was very disappointing to have to travel to the job site every day and keep an eye on the owner to keep him from making mistakes.
