Requested a window quote. He set the time and never showed up. No call, no show.

I called them the first of September, it was the 34th of September before they came out to give me an estimate. He measured and took notes and said he would call me in a few days with the actual figures. Two weeks later and no word from him I called him only to learn he had forgotten me and couldn't find his notes so he had to come back and do it all over again which took another eight days. The price was reasonable,so I asked if that amount of work could be done before the cold weather set in. I was assured it would be done in a " week or so " give or take a few days. It was another two weeks before anyone showed up to start but their work order did not match my contract so they would not start until the salesman came down to straighten things out, another day lost! |The next day work began. They wanted to start on the windows first but one window was the wrong size and they were one window short. They were to install windows and frame the inside. One of the big picture windows was so poorly installed it had to be done over again. It is now the 24th of February and I am still waiting for them to come and finish redoing some |Inside work that was not done right the first time. |In all fairness the siding and outside work was done very well. The sloppy work was done mostly by just one of the workers and the salesman leaves a lot to be desired. |Need I say more ?? |
