Furniture - Sales
I called West Plains FFO and spoke to manager who acted like he did not know what to do. So, I called their Home Office phone number and was told that the West Plains store should be taking care of it. They also told me the district manager would be calling me to take care of it. Nothing never happened, no call backs. I can understand why they are closing stores with this kind of customer service

Furniture - Sales
My bill was supposed to be $467 if I paid them off in 90 days. I ended up paying over $600. The original salesman didn't tell us the payments he told us to make wouldn't pay it off in 90 days. They did not stand by their word.
