Basement Remodel
The crew on time and completed the assigned job. The holes were covered with matching covers outside to prevent leaves or animals from entering.
Downside of the project was no way to cover in the winter so I made small covers to place in back of opening during the cold months. Also the deck had several boards removed to gain access to the basement wall. The boards were placed back,but I found several deck screws laying on the deck. I dragged a magnet across and came up with seven other deck screws. I found the boards missing screws and replaced. A little more attention to detail would have been nice.
