I called this company on July 16th to contract for the electrical service in my garage. I needed the breaker box pulled out to allow the sheet rock and rewire some of the plugs. They sent out a service guy on July 21. He worked for four hours and then told me he needed to come back the following day. I went out to review his work and during the four hours he only drilled 6 holes in the studs and removed one wire. I called the company to complain and told them not to send that particular guy back out.
On July 28 I called back asking why no one had come out to finish the work. The company told me that "I shot myself in the foot" by complaining, and that because that guy was the only service guy they had I could either take him or they wouldn't send anyone else back out to complete the job. I know this company and know that they have more than one service guy. Now I am left hanging simply because I complained about the work done by one of their employees?

The price is what it is and that is over priced but they said my furnace needed to be converted to propane but they don't offer a conversion for that furnace so they quoted just under $4000 to replace. I switched to natural gas and the natural gas folks said the furnace was already converted to propane and they converted it back to natural gas and it worked fine and cost me nothing... I could go on and on but you get the idea. Over priced and sloppy work!
