It's been 6 weeks and we still have no liner. Every text message has been an excuse as to why the liner hadn't come in from the manufacturer. I have now been demanding my money back for the past 2 weeks and he keeps telling me that the liner should be here any day now. It's gone past the due date set in the contract and now he's not responding to my texts at all.
Description of Work: I hired Vince Comparato at the recommendation of my real estate agent after buying a house with an existing inground pool. 2 months after we moved in, the pool started leaking. When we bought the house, we knew that within the next year or so, the pool would need a new liner. We hired Vince to do a few minor things on the pool (replace the pump motor and reseal the jets), so when he stated that he could replace the liner, as well - we decided to use him. We gave him the required $4,000 up front so that he could order the liner and put us on his schedule.
