This job was excellent from the first contact through job completion. I contacted The Junk Medic on a Friday before a Monday holiday. Mike returned my call very soon to discuss the job and location. He apologized that he could not do the work right away! I was not in a hurry. I was happy that Mike and his partner could do the work the following Wednesday. They removed the material expertly and cleaned up remaining debris. I would definitely work with this company on future removals. I did contact other hauling companies; one of them quoted me a price over three times what The Junk Medic charged.

Mike and his crew removed many items, some of which were not easy to remove, that filled two trucks. They were nice friendly guys who worked hard, not taking a break and worked into the evening to finish up. After they finished, they swept up. The combination of these two things made our basement look so much better and bigger. He honored the quoted price even though it probably took longer than expected. We were very glad we decided to hire his company.

The crew did an exceptional job in a timely manner. My parents lived here for 34 years and there was an overwhelming amount of things that had to be moved out.
