Appraisal report sent to credit union showed square footage of home to be 800 square feet. Upon my review I discovered the appraiser incorrectly measured the width of the first floor at 17 feet when it actually measures33 feet. I contacted the mortgage company and they contacted the appraisal company on October 12th  asking them to review and advise. I received the revised report on October 29th showing the square footage corrected to 1291 square feet. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to correct the report. In addition the appraisal report includes a statement that there were no updates made in the last 15 years. At no time did the appraiser ask for any information regarding any updates.
