Everything about Midtown is amazing. The sales rep, the office, the crew. They were always available for questions we had and finished our deck in 2-1/2 days to perfection.

I did not like he forced me to sign contract immediately. We wanted to have a second opinion but he dislike it. The overall service was bad and I wouldn't deal with them. He was extremely rude.

The entire team was professional and responsive to all our inquiries.

Easy set up with sales for roof, gutters, and an exterior door replacement. They are great with communication and flexible when you forget to ask for gutter covers and they need to add at the last minute. My new gutters and roof are beautiful! My next project for them will be a new front door soon. Then siding in the future. I definitely will be a repeat customer with them for my home project coordination needs. If you are on the fence, at least get a quote from this company. They have an excellent team that is willing to go above and beyond to have your dream project done the way you want.

There are still a few touch up things to be done, but the company has been responsive even after the bulk of the work is done..... so far. We'll see if everything gets finished up in a timely manner. Nothing but good news to report so far.

The project (front soffit, shutters, and new front door and sidelights) was eventually completed to our satisfaction. Took a lot of back and forth between us and the salesperson to get the correct materials, issues with the availability of selected colors, door hardware, columns, etc. The actual install was good. Hard working guys who kept us informed of the work and questions as they came up. I would recommend this company to others; but only if their project completion date was very flexible.

Midtown Home Improvements did a wonderful job installing board and batten siding on an old farmhouse, along with new gutters. The final product turned out fantastic. Very pleased.

We had all of our windows replaced with the Legacy 3 Triple Paned Window System and they are amazing. Herschel and Alex were very thorough and informative when going over our options with us. Not only do we love the look of the new windows, but we are enjoying the lower electric bill as well. ?

The entire process with Midtown was a disaster. Jade the salesman is a high pressure, unprofessional, liar. Nick the General Manager is the one who trained him and it?s clear the apple doesn?t fall far from the tree. They don?t self perform any work, and it shows on the price, communication, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Save your time and money and go with a different company! Added video of our brand new underdecking system that doesn?t work!! The General Manager has yet to send someone out to fix it.

Midtown installed a vinyl fence at my home, and I was very pleased with the results. The installation team, made up of three professionals, worked together efficiently and left the worksite clean. I am looking forward to the next project, which will be a deck.

My home was in bad need of paint and some wood replacement. However at my age, I didn't want to paint anymore. After working with the team and Midtown Home Improvement. I decided it was just better to replace the wood trim, fascia and under the door kick boards with aluminum trim. After the job was done I was totally happy, my home looks new and now I no longer have to worry about the next paint job. below I have attached photos to show how well it looks now

Midtown completed my residential window replacement project in Lawrence KS and I was thrilled from start to finish. Everyone I met with was professional and friendly. Communication leading up to the actual work was consistent and constant. The crew completing the actual job was super fast. Everything was completed ahead of schedule and flawlessly. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Midtown installed 8 picture windows at my home. The installer was a young man who worked carefully and efficiently and cleaned up the work areas very well afterwards. All my old windows were carted away.

Cutting this review way down due to character limitations on this platform. Pros: Midtown accommodated a small last minute change to the spindles. The contractor did great work. Cons: Reactive versus proactive Lack of communication to me about scheduled city inspection, contractor seemed like he frequently did not everything he needed from Midtown and was chasing things down. Expensive - loan amount was double the construction cost listed on the permit. Debris clean up completed one month after the deck was completed. I had to constantly reach out for updates. Felt pressured to sign off on the deck before it was finished so they could push financing through before the end of the year. (Seemed scammy)

Midtown Home Improvements did a beautiful job in replacing my deck. From start to finish, the personnel was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how soon the project would be finished. The workers that completed the job were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in replacing my deck. After the deck had been completed, they cleaned up the old wood and picked up the materials that weren't used.
