"Miss F... We performed this project per our signed contract with you. We passed ALL inspections with the city. You paid us for the work performed, after the final inspection.Which means that you approved of our work. However, I always make it a point to ask the homeowner "if you are satisfied with the project", to which you replied "yes". We removed and installed new flooring in two bathrooms, which equaled 70 square feet of flooring. You provided us with 1-1/2 boxes of leftover flooring, which only equaled 25 square feet. As I have stated several times, we used all of the flooring provided, and absolutely did not take any leftover flooring. That flooring is specific to your home, and will not be useful to anybody else. Both toilet measurements are exact, per ADA guidelines. Since you are handicapped, we installed the toilets per this code. The master bathroom toilet, as I mentioned when we installed it, has extra room on the left for access to your walk in tub pump. We are required to provide room for the pump replacement. The painting and finishing was inspected by you. When you said that you thought the wall colors were too dark, I offered to repaint them. You stated that "you were going to have the entire house painted anyway, and that you would have the painters put a new paint color on the bathroom walls". I am sorry if you thought that any of my workers were rude, but I was never made aware of any issues during the duration of the project. Had I known there was a personality conflict, I would have swapped out personnel. We finished the project in Dec, 2018. I wish that I had known 6 months ago that you were unhappy; so that we could have discussed it, and made the necessary changes. Please accept my apologies. I will be sure to share your comments with my employees so that we can discuss, and learn from them."
