Took some time to locate the box with the stuck valve since it was covered with dirt and grass.  Was impressed with his determination, knowledge and professionalism.

Mario's team is great! They come when scheduled do the work and leave with no problems. Mario is especially courteous to work around our schedules. His customer service after the install is excellent. We will continue to use this company for all lawn drainage and sprinkler needs.

I have never in 5 years of using M P Sprinklers had a problem with service or responsiveness. He goes out of his way to meet our time schedules. Great customer service and excellent work.

I had originally contacted Mario earlier this year for a quote and due to some personal circumstances, he was unable to show up at the committed time.  I gave rated Mario an F rating for the inconvenience.  Later at the recommendation of a landscaper that I had worked with in the past, I had Mario come back out and give us a quote.  I am glad that I did!  After Mario gave me the quote for the sprinkler system, I had intended for him to put the sprinkler system in and another landscaper to replace our lawn.  When timing didn't work out with the landscaper, Mario was able to provide a quote on replacing the lawn as well.  He was able to fit us into his schedule (which seemed pretty busy), with not a whole lot of notice.  Now that the job is finished, I am extremely pleased with the job that Mario and his team did.  Aside from the quality of work, there were some other comments I would like to make about Mario.  He is extremely customer service oriented.  He was in frequent communication with me to keep me updated on scheduling and progress.  He was genuinely concerned about providing a service that I would be happy with.  He and his team were always polite and courteous to me and my family.  Having just moved into a house and having a lot of work done on it, this was by far the most positive experience that I've had..  I would recommend Mario without reservation and will definitely be using him for all future maintenance.

Mario & his crew are great! They worked long hours to get the job done on time.
Mario came to give us the estimate and was either early or on time. I was running a bit late to the initial meeting. Somehow in the short amount of time he was at the house before I got there, Mario managed to draw a remarkably accurate replica of our property, house footprint and where he proposed to put sprinkler heads. I couldn't believe he hadn't used a site plan to create his drawing! That was one of the first reasons we decided to use M P Lawn Sprinklers. Another reason is that Mario's bid came back substantially lower than the other two bids we received.
They showed up when they said they would and did what they said what they would do. This doesn't sound like much, but in the process of building our house I've found very few contractors are willing to do those two very simple things. Mario not only did what he contracted with me to do, he went back to do more than he had promised me.

Mario came to the house during a rain storm so he could see our drainage problems.  As we walked the property in the rain he explained what needed to be done and then took measurements.  He dried off, came in, wrote up what he was going to do and gave me a price that was significantly lower than other bids I had received.  He said he would be back within 2 weeks to do the job and that it would take a day to a day and a half. 
He actually showed up a day earlier than he said he would.  He and a crew of 6 showed up shortly after 7:00am and started right in.  They worked till after 6:00pm in 90+ degree heat and apologized that they did not get done and would have to come back the next day to finish.  Mario worked right beside his crew most of the day.  Bright and early the next morning 3 of the crew showed up and had everything finished before noon.  While they were cleaning up Mario replaced one defective sprinkler heads and checked all of the sprinkler heads to be sure everything was OK.
Mario and his crew were very polite and courteous.  He is very honest and does not give you a bunch of double talk.  They picked up all trash and debris and when they left you could hardly tell that they had been here.  I had the same experience when he installed my sprinkler system 4 years ago.

After working with a larger sprinkler company for the last year, where I could not get in touch with anyone and was told that I needed to be present during a 6 hour window for any maintenance, I was anxious to branch out to a smaller company with more personal service.  That is exactly what you get with Mario.  We spoke on the phone a number of times before he came out for a sprinkler shut down, and he ended up coming out on a Saturday afternoon.  He was professional, efficient, and discussed the pro's and cons of paying for just a shutdown vs. a shutdown/startup package with backflow testing.  He mentioned that 4 of my heads were leaking, and discussed what it might cost to replace them.  I did not feel like I was getting a sales pitch.  I know that many of my sprinkler heads are not adjusted properly or are not appropriate for the area anymore since we performed some maintenance recently, and he said he would give advice about that in the Spring.  I will be happy to report again after working with him next year.

On time for initial bid and subsequent appointment to sign contract.
Installation started within 2-3 weeks.
Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.
Mario stayed around on the final day until I got home from work, then walked me through the entire system.

Mario is a PRO.  Super FAST.  I will use him again.  He was a bit expensive with the head replacements.  Very reasonable with the line leak.

We checked with 3 companies, and MP was the best price; came out quickly and was absolutely terrifically polite with my wife.  Took a little time, worked hard, seemingly did a great job.  Very happy with them overall.

I tried several companies before I found Mario and he is so much more reliable and professional and personable than any of the others I tried.  I bought a house with a fairly old sprinkler system, so when turning it on or off it needs someTLC, and when something goes wrong it's often hard to find the right part.  Mario is good at returning calls, coming out on short notice if necessary, and figuring out how to deal with my antique sprinkler system.  His prices are very reasonable, so I know when I have a repair he is charging me a fair price.  He is also very patient in explaining the details of the system or the problem if I want to understand it before making any decisions.  I would recommend him without hesitation for any lawn irrigation needs.

Mario (the owner) was very professional in all aspects of the job. He came out the day after I called and provided an estimate during that visit. He explained every aspect of the system fully and created a high degree of comfort that the job would be done right. The crew was tidy and cleaned up everything before leaving. A testimony to their work is that you cannot tell there was an irrigation system installed yesterday in the yard. I would recommend MP very highly to anyone interested in having a sprinkler system installed.

Mario installed a sprinkler system at our home. He was polite, punctual and professional. His pricing is extremely competive. There was a lot of digging to install the sprinklers, but you could only see green grass when he was finished. They were very careful to replace the lawn and clean up when finished. After the work was completed he walked around the yard with me. Then he took the time to show me the control panel. His name had been given to me by a neighbor and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of installing a sprinkler syster. I know at least 5 neighbors who have used his company or are getting estimates from him. He does excellent work and the neighbors are sharing this information with each other.
