Quick to get estimate, was told upfront there was a long wait list. We were happy when they could start the project a month early. They were very professional and reliable. The main installer was knowledgeable, thorough and went above his job duty's, Lee (The installer) spoke volumes of his company and really loves his job which showed in his work. Highly recommend!

Kieth and his team did an excellent job, on our deck rebuild. Keimar was punctual, the crew was very professional and after working with several contractors in the area post the hail storm, Keimar proved to be one of the best in the area.

Overall the experience was great. Everything was done in a timely fashion. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and very professional. The quality of the work is outstanding. I honestly can't think of anything negative about Keimar. I have a walk out basement so all the workers were able to enter through the basement door so I was able to be away while work was being done. They also placed a port-a-potty on site so they never had to go anywhere in my house other than the basement.

I was very, very pleased with everything that Keimar Contracting has done for me! From my very first meeting until final payment was due on the second job, Mr. Boschert was kind, professional and provided me with excellent suggestions for accomplishing both projects so that they were completed with a wonderful degree of design and professionalism. He has ideas of good ways to do things that I would not have thought of myself. For instance, I was concerned that the deck railing would block my view of my yard. He suggested a type of railing made of aluminum that does not need painting and allows me to see my garden easily. He also suggested making wider steps from the deck to the patio and nearly everyone who has seen the steps comments on how nice they look. He suggested can lights for the ceiling in the basement as they do not detract from the height of the room. Simple things like the placement of doors and drawing out the floor plan on the concrete in the basement were so helpful. All the employees and subcontractors were polite, professional and did excellent work. Everything was finished beautifully and with in the projected timeframe. All of them used the basement egress window in the bedroom to come and go and with the exception of carrying in a few items too large to go through the window, did not step foot in my main living area upstairs. I feel that I received excellent value for the price I paid. The cost of the deck was very close to other estimates I received and the basement was considerably less than what the other builder I asked for an estimate offered me. I highly recommend Keimar General Contracting, Inc!

Perfect, have no complaints!

The provider came to give an estimate one of his first question was about our budget for our deck. He told up that he would be able to stay within our budget (out of 5 contractors) I later decide to upgrade a few items but not though pressure from Keimar. He stop by to check on his team regularly and was prompt and patient with me in answering any question. My deck is perfect!

We received bids from several contractors, decided on Keimar based on price and how well they understood our objectives.  We could not be more pleased with the results. 
Keith, Keimar president, was great.  He was an active project manager, arrived every morning during construction to guide the crew and was always available if we had questions along the way. 
His sub-contractors were good, particularly the carpentry sub. There were some challenges finding materials to match the existing siding, and in connecting the porch roof to the existing roof, but it all turned out great. 
Finally the concrete sub he uses was also excellent, we used him not only for the porch footings and floor but also the driveway and patios we installed.
Very happy, would definitely recommend Keimar General Contracting Inc. 

They are great. The job they did was great. I love them. I contact them for everything. If they can do it and have the time I have them do it.

Keith was accurate in his time estimation to completion.  He was also helpful in his recommendation of product and the esthetics at completion complemented our home beautifully. When ever my husband or I had a question or concern, Keith addressed these minor issues right away.  This is our second time using Keimar.  The first, was a beautiful deck Keimar built at our previous home at least 15 years ago.  Will use them again.  

The project was started and completed within the estimated time and price as  agreed upon in  the  written contract. The workers were professional in their demeanor and I am satisfied in the quality of the finished product. I feel we received excellent value from Keimer Construction on this project. The owner of the company came out to bid the job. I got two other bids for composite decks and one for a wood(treated lumber) deck, all bid by salesmen. The Keimer bid was only 20% higher than the wood deck and beat the composite bids by 50-80%! Check this company out before you commit to a contract.

We started looking for contractors for our deck project on Angie's list in October 2013.  Keith came out and listened to what we wanted, we received our proposal within a few days, he recommended we go to Hackman Lumber to see the Timber Tech decks on display, after looking at the display, we changed our minds on color and added lights to the post and stairs.  Keith came out 3 different times before we settled on what we wanted.  We finalized the plans in late December 2013. Once the city approved the plans, they started as soon as possible due to weather, they worked around snow, ice and very muddy conditions.  The old 2 level deck was tore down in 2 days (Friday/Saturday) and they started the following Monday to build a much larger deck using Timber Tech composite maintenance free material.  The crew was amazing and friendly, Keith or the team leader kept us informed throughout the project.  The project took 2 weeks, including days they could not work due to inclement weather.  Once the project was completed, another crew came in and completely cleaned up, power washed the deck and the side of the house. This project is by far the largest and most expensive project we have ever done and learned a lot along the way.  We are completely pleased with the finished project and it is finished just in time for spring.  Keith came by and put a piece of soffit back up that came down during a wind storm that had nothing to do with the project.  Keith is so pleasant to work with and I would recommend this company and crew to anyone looking for any work to be performed inside or outside of your house.  We have one more piece of the project to be completed and that is a new patio door that we have already hired Keimar to complete but need to wait until it gets warmer.  We will hire Keimar for other projects and we recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality job from an honest hard working group of professionals.

Both our Master Bath and Hall Bath were almost completely gutted down to the studs.  The master bath is very large 12 ft x 12 ft with a cathedral ceiling, and the hall bath was a standard 6 ft x 12 ft. There was some construction: extending a wall, moving the entry door, building the tub deck, dry walling the skylight recess.  There was extensive tile work on floors, shower walls, tub, and back splashes.
The approximate cost provided is for the services and materials that Keimar provided.  There were additional costs that we covered:  cabinets, counters, fixtures, tile, etc.  We did get multiple bids, and Keimar was competitive with other contractors.  We selected Keimar because he allowed us flexibility of providing much of the materials, so we could shop around for the best prices and best fit for our taste.
Keimar has a good set of skilled tradesmen (plumber, carpenter, electrician, painter, sheet rock).  The wholesalers and supply shops (plumbing fixtures, tile) he uses were high quality and very reasonably priced.  We compared prices with online prices, and his suppliers were competitive.
We had a very specific design in mind, so we cannot speak for the design capabilities.  However, Keith was very accepting of our involvement in the process.
The one issue we had was that the tub deck was built too high and there was not enough room for the planned back splash under the window over the tub.  But, this was caught early in the process and Keimar reworked the height.

Keimar General Contracting and his subcontractors are well trained and very professional and use their time wisely. I have complete faith and trust in Keith, and all his subcontractors. Keith, and Keimar General Contractors have been in business for over 21 years. They're longevity has been proven by the exceptional work they perform. I will never call another contractor for any job, large or small to my home. Everything was cleaned up after specific jobs and at the completion of the job. The subcontractors are very nice and professional. I'm very pleased to write this review, and very happy with all the additions to my home.

We had a very RIDGID time frame.  EVERYTHING must be completed & ready for Thanksgiving dinner.  Everything was completed timely, neatly & with an exceptional degree of professionalism.  The owner Keith was always available to listen to our concerns/"issues"/questions.
I would definitely use this contractor again.

It took longer for me to clear out and organize my basement than it took for Keith and his crew to finish the job! Keimar was referred to me by a friend. I had 4 bids , and went with Keimar because they were willing to work with me and my budget, there weren't any hidden costs in the contract/plan. Their price was in the middle compared to the others I received.
Once work started, it went like clockwork. There wasn't a day that there wasn't someone here working. Framers, Charlie and Jason were top notch, great attention to detail, they really made the basement what it is!. Keith always made sure I knew who was coming next. If i had a list of questions, Keith would promptly call or text back. The drywall guys were all brothers, again, they were meticulous. The electricians were super helpful in placement of my lighting.... And helpful in keeping me in my budget! (that was hard). I had a carpet snafu, wrong carpet was sent, then not enough, and Keith took care of it quickly, although it wasn't his fault.(I wouldn't use the same carpet girl) Basement was painted and ready to go within 6 weeks. wow!

My kids absolutely love their space downstairs! I would use Keimar Contracting again and have referred them to friends as well. Keith was always available, he hires meticulous workers that know their trade ( and that have been with him a long time), and kept my budget and needs in mind as well!

It was a fun project.

How'd it go?  In a word, perfectly!  We couldn't have asked for any better!  Keith & crew were a complete pleasure to work with from the first moment we met.  We had met with several other contractors about this project and had been told that what we wanted couldn't be done as we wanted, without other modifications to our home, or "settling" for something a bit less than what we had hoped for.  We really wanted a covered area on part of the new deck, because the afternoon sun and heat made our old uncovered deck unusable in the late afternoon.  And we didn't want it to look like just a box attached to the back of the house.  It was important to us that it look like it was a part of the house - that it belonged there all along and wasn't just an afterthought. Keith listened closely to our wishes, and went right to work on figuring out how he could get it done.  He studied all the details, researched and planned our project thoroughly, even before we signed on with him or paid him a penny.  He was able to give us exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price.  Needless to say, we were quite impressed and didn't hesitate to go with Keimar.  It was a great decision. The project was done beautifully - every single worker on the project was a gem.  So nice to be around, very polite and friendly, always cleaned up the job site and each one was absolutely professional and proficient in the work they did.  Keimar Construction obviously takes pride in the work they do.  We have been in the real estate business for many years, and have seen and done a lot of construction projects.  We can say without hesitation that this project ranks right at the top.  Thank you Keith, for a beautiful project all the way through.  We will enjoy this one for years to come.  And we think very fondly of you and your crew as we sit on our wonderful new done-just-as-we-wanted covered deck and sip our morning coffee or our glasses of wine in the late afternoon. 
And just one more note:  Keimar came to our attention highly recommended by several people they had done work for.  We never heard one negative thing.  Every comment was positive.  And we thought - Really?  A contractor that everyone is happy with? No negatives?  Really?  Really!!!  No negative comment here either.  All positive!  Someone I recommended Keimar to recently said they sounded too good to be true.  Not so!  They were A+ all the way through!  We recommend them to everyone considering a home improvement project.  They do beautiful work at a competitive price and it's a pleasure to work with them.  Kudos to Keimar!
