Description of Work: Replaced uprights, wallboard and paneling after cement wall crack repair. They did such a great job. I have used JT Renovations three times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

 + 0 moreMy husband and I were extremely pleased with the quality of Joshua Tillman's work and the men he brought in to help with the job. The level of professionalism was extremely high. If I was given a time of arrival, then I knew I needed to be ready. I have no reservations about referring this company to others. I had gotten three bids, Jt"s Paining and Renovations fell somewhere in the mid to high range but he offered to do more things in the end. In all fairness, the owners paint and tile was also in the high range. As homeowners we are completely happy.
Description of Work: The price includes all materials My basement which includes a bath, office, conference area and walk out entrance to a patio needed renovation. Approximate size is 1300 sq ft. All the rooms were painted with many accent walls to break up the size of the room. JT Painting has a keen sense of design and was very helpful on where to put the accent walls to coordinate the spaces. In addition, tile was installed to surround a bedroom fireplace. 16" tile was put in the walk out area and in the bathroom. All baseboards were removed for painting and painted before replacing. As the job progressed it was determined that in the bathroom quarter round would hide a previous builder's error. There was no charge for this.
