John Grissom and another workman removed the old storm door and replaced it with a new Anderson full-view door. Since we have an older house, it's always more of a challenge to do this type of installation. They even put in some vinyl cladding where the original wood door frame was exposed. Also, they replaced the entry door hardware, which had been removed for refinishing. In addition, they replaced a door lock which wasn't working on another door that had been installed by this company previously.

The installation for the windows went well (cost around $750, gutter was around $275), however about 3 weeks after installation one of the windows basement cracked completely through the middle. There was no impact evident, it was just a split right down the middle of the window. We called Grissom, explained the situation to them, and they replaced the window - no hassle. We were very pleased with their service and product.
