HOME MAINTENANCE SOLUTION

These quarterly visits are perfect for us. We're a 3-person household with 2 working parents and a small toddler. We simply don't have time to work on our 90-year-old home, and it's just wonderful to be able to rely on this outside service to both help us with existing problems and to get their experienced eye on new things that crop up (an absolute *must* with an older home, such as ours). Their service person, "Pete," is a delight--very professional, and a huge hit with our toddler, who really enjoys watching him work. They are always prompt and unobtrusive. We have thorough discussions with Pete, who is also always willing to provide his professional opinion about other side projects (such as when we were replacing windows). In short, we really enjoy working with this company; they fill a niche for busy professionals, like ourselves, that just can't get to all the small household projects that need to be done around an older home.
