I was not looking forward to having this replacement done, but each year my unit continued to lose freon and was not going to survive our Saint Louis Heat this year. My older Rheem unit had served us well for over 25 years, so I wanted another Rheem, and was able to move up quite a bit in efficiency by doing so.
John came within hours after my first phone call & explained in detail my options which were to try and add freon again or purchase a new unit.The price of freon has skyrocketed and the unit might have functioned a few more days or another season;it was a gamble.
I decided on the new unit,especially with nice rebates from the manufacturer & Ameren as well.
We had a day of rain, but John was able to install the new unit all on the following day. All went well as he is very professional.
I highly recommend Haarmann !!
