Frazier Land Surveying Services was easy to communicate with, professional, and puncture. They marked our extremely unruly 5+ acre land with iron and wood stakes and delivered a quality drawing. I corresponded with Dennis via email from start to finish. The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. We finally know where our property boundary is now. I highly recommend them!

They were on time, explained exactly what the process was and walked the property with me afterwards to explain what was done and what the stakes meant. He was very thorough and professional. I even recommended them to our neighbor, which they ended up surveying their yard as well.

They came when they told that they would and did what they were hired for. As professional as it gets.

Frazier was $25 to $50 cheaper than the other three quotes I received. I initially called for info. He answered right away. I emailed info regarding my address and he sent me a quote within a few hours. He gave me a two week timeline for completion of the survey, but he was there within a week. I received the official document by mail just 2-3 days later. Overall, very pleased with the service.

I called Dennis Frazier on 2/19/2016 late in the afternoon after meeting with the contractor. He scheduled the survey to be done the following week probably by Wednesday at the latest. On Tuesday Dennis called and said the survey would be done that day. They were very polite and professional. On Friday the survey arrived in the mail. I would most definitely recommend Frazier Land Surveying to friends and neighbors.

Dennis showed up as promised and completed the survey. I had mentioned a concern that the neighbors fence was on my property.
He placed stakes up and down the property so that there was no question as to the property line. I have had other surveys in previous homes where stakes were put at the 4 corners of the property and they called it a survey.
I was very pleased with his work and attention to detail.
I would use him again and will recommend him to others.

We have just used Dennis Frazier for the second time this year, and once again, he has performed with promptness and fair pricing. Other big name survey companies that the realtors call, will gouge you. Not Dennis. Because this type of service is all done by phone or email, it is important that you have someone reliable. We asked him for additional work on our existing property and he completed it in a timely manner. Don't do any survey work without contacting him!
