Went great. Arrived in a timely manner and was very polite and professional. Did a great job at a fair price.

They tried to fix it first with a new circuit board (based on the communication from the trouble light). This didn't help at all. Since the unit was 12 years old (and probably needing a new motor) it was going to be a better value to just replace the entire unit rather than put money into a new motor AND still have no guarantees that the problem would be solved..

It went great! I called Monday afternoon, made appointment for Tues afternoon. Austin was very professional and courteous, did the job quickly and efficiently. Had a Valpak coupon for $170, that's what he quoted over the phone and that's exactly what he charged. There were no hidden fees or upsell. I had called for an elderly neighbor who has trouble communicating over the phone and was concerned someone would try to charge him extras, but not an issue at all. Very pleased with the whole experience. I would use them again with no hesitation for any future garage door work.

Called Jim Null. He came out the next day and repaired the opener and lubricated both doors. He also showed me how to adjust the door if the problem reoccured.

They arrived early and were finished quickly. Very friendly and courteous. I would use them again in a hearbeat.

Great. Was running a little late, but called to let me know. Removed & replaced garage door and opener in under 3 hours- still within the initial time frame quoted. Cleaned up job site and took care of disposal of old door & opener. Explained opener programming & setup. Answered all questions with professionalism. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends & family.

Tried booking another service the day before - they never showed.  Called Durbin - he had an hour window before next appt and he came right away and fixed everything.  Lubed both doors as well.  Nice guy - efficient - knows what he is doing. Got lucky because of Angies List.  Good work - fast.  Will use again.

I contacted him late on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out the next day and make the repair.  He was right on time and the repairs were made in under an hour.  Great Service.  Door now works better than ever!

Excellent. Called him at 2:30 on a Saturday. He came out 3:30 next day. Repair was super simple (but I couldn't figure it out). Took him less than 10 minutes. But he then went and inspected other garage door and libricated all the wheels.
Charged me his minimum service call. Very pleased.

Jim was on time and he has completed the work in less than 40 minutes. He also helped me with resetting my existing garage door codes. Will definitly call him for any future works.

He was able to come the same day. He tried to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone before coming over. When he arrived, he knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it right away. We are very please with his service.

It was perfect.  When I called, Jim went over what might be the problem.  He did not pressure me into an expensive replacement or repair and explained everything to me.  I went ahead and had the opener replaced since it was 14 years old, and he gave me a very  good price.  I love the new features that come with this opener like the time & temp always showing on the wall control unit and a motion sensor.  The garage opens so quietly now.  Jim was on time, and worked quickly.  He went over how to operate everything and left me with the manuals after explaining.  I was impressed from the beginning with the fact that he answers the phone himself.  I didn't have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call.  I teach and can't take calls during the day, so actually talking to someone with one call is usually very difficult.   I have called him in the past for possible repairs and he took the time to talk with me to see if we could resolve the problems over the phone.  You will be very pleased if you do business with Durbin.

A spring broke on our garage. Cold weather was approaching and my wife and I didn't want to scrape windows in the morning so we called Durbin. Jim was quick to respond, and we set up an appointment for the following evening around 6:00. Jim called around 4:30 that evening and asked if coming early was okay. Duh, that was fine with us. They arrived around 5 and went right to work. I checked on them a couple times, it was too cold to stay outside, and they were making quick work of the repair. Within an hour I was paying them and they were on the way. My only complaint is that it is harder for me to hear the door now so sometimes I have to go check to see if I closed it:)
I would heartily recommend Durbin to anyone who needs a quality repair done sooner than later.
