DAN'S FOREIGN AUTO REPAIR LLC

I've used them for the last 20 years. They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I make an appointment and he is always available for the appointment. I trust him and so many other repair places tell you you need things and he doesn't. I didn't wait for inspection to be done. The quality of his work is outstanding. There are only 4 people in the garage and they all go to lunch from noon till one.

I'm in his shop about 10 to 12 times a year. Everything he has ever done has been top notch. Price - top notch. I don't worry about getting an estimate anymore. When Dan says you don't need it, it won't be done. He keeps my maintenance records there too. I just sold a 2003 Toyota Avalon with 310,000 miles. I told the girl I sold it to, to please take it to her mechanic. Their mechanic goes to the girl and says "However maintained this car, took care of this car and babied it. You are getting one heck of a deal. This care is in perfect shape." This is why I use Dan.

They take care of my 4 cars. They take care of my business vehicle. There is nobody else I would ever use. Same day service. Delivered vehicle very clean. Outstanding workers. They are very responsive, cordial, very upfront and very friendly. He only does the work that's necessary. About 8 years ago my car maintenance guide required me to change my spark plugs. The spark plugs on this foreign car would have cost me $100 each and there are four of them. He said to me, they didn't need changing, and didn't change them. He recommended to wait another 10,000 miles.

Dans Autobody is an honest place to do business. My son needed tie rods on an older car and Dans fixed him up. No further problems with car. It's great to have an honest business !

Dan and his crew LOVE cars, especially Japanese cars and particularly Toyotas. At this family business, they know them inside and out, providing thorough routine maintenance and repairs that they stand behind. Sometimes, he won't even charge me for simple repairs, including one time when he removed and replaced the entire interior searching for the source of a strange knocking noise! Every job ends with a report of the car's overall condition and what might be expected soon (tires, brakes, etc.). He is unfailingly honest, dependable and fair. He expects cars to run for at least 200,000 miles and does pretty much everything to see that they do!

Several months prior to having the work done I had my car in at Dan's for something else. At that time they noticed a slight leak from the steering rack. They said it wasn't an immediate concern but it would need to be fixed before my next safety inspection. They also told me what to listen for if the rack issue happened to get worse, and to bring it in if that happened. The replacement of the steering rack was not a surprise and with the safety inspection approaching I decided to get the work done. Bottom line they're in business to make you happy, not to take money for unnecessary repairs. I live 40 miles away but make the effort to choose them as my preferred auto repair specialists.

Gave me an estimate after thoroughly examining the car. We then made an appointment to get car fixed. The car was done the same day. Wow what a difference in the handling!

Dan is great to work with. If you are looking for a non dealer service
shop that has your best interest in mind and not there wallet than this
is the place. It is really a dimond in the rough. It is tucked away
behind another building, if you go see Dan you will not go any where
else. He is typically busy and will get you in pretty quickly. There
is a reason he is busy if you know what I mean. :)
